Our new Group Fitness timetable offers exciting and fun ways to get in shape! With a variety of classes and Instructors there is something for everyone. Classes are open to non-members and discounts apply for members of Daly Difference.
BOOT CAMP
8 week Indoor Bootcamp run by one of our specialised trainers. Covers all aspects of Physical Health including;
Cardiovascular Fitness: Interval based Training
Strength: Weighted Resistance
Power: Quick-lifts
Joint Stability and Balance
Core: There is a massive difference between abs and core....but both are covered
Weight Loss and Tone: High repetition based exercises means you are constantly working, burning off more than ever before!
THUMP
Boxing and Kickboxing classes conducted by THUMP trainers are designed to improve the lifestyle of our participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence. Countless studies have shown that boxing and kickboxing classes are a great way to improve physical health and fitness whilst contributing to weight loss and overall body strength. This of course leads to less stress on the mind and body which in turn will lead to greater productivity in your daily life.
THUMP Boxing classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced instructors. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary. Most of the class is done in pairs. If you do not have a partner, the instructor will assign one to you. This is a great way to meet new people and encourage each other to work hard.
HEARTMOVES
The Heart Foundation has developed a low-to-moderate intensity exercise program called Heartmoves, designed for people who are living with health conditions.
Heart Foundation Heartmoves is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere.
Heartmoves is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.
Heartmoves is run by accredited exercise professionals specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs.
Taking part in regular Heartmoves sessions can help:
- lower blood pressure
- improve cholesterol control
- manage weight
- improve well being and quality of life
- manage diabetes
- improve balance and flexibility
- improve sleep
- improve bone mineral density with arthritis management
- prevent falls and injuries from falls
Classes run on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10:00am
CIRCUIT/BOXING CIRCUIT
Circuit and Boxing Circuit are gym based group sessions, combining resistance and cardio based exercises. Enjoy the motivation of working in a group while still working at your level to achieve your goals.
A great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, muscular strength and tone in a safe, supervised and social setting.
